At Arteriya, every artwork is curated with care and crafted to elevate your space. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we’ve designed our return policy to be transparent, fair, and hassle-free.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The artwork is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

Please note: Since our artworks are premium and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, color variation, or change of mind.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [support@arteriya.com] within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images or a short video showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.


Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
  • The artwork must be securely packed in its original box and protective materials
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, our team will guide you through the next steps

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after quality inspection of the returned item
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our end.


Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability
  • If the same artwork is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order artworks
  • Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage after delivery
  • Orders reported after the 48-hour window

Color & Texture Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or handcrafted detailing. These natural variations are part of the artwork’s uniqueness and are not considered defects.
